Today has been a really lovely day
Reducing my steroids to just one has been fine, I still have plenty of energy, I no longer feel so exhausted or need to nap during the day which is what its all about. I am still hungry all the time but that may well be more an emotional thing as I've always been a comfort eater.
If I can fill the rest of my days with days like today then I think I'll be alright. Spending time with my family, watching the kids play together, for me is what life is all about. It makes me happy and I am going to do what makes me happy.
